Thinking about celebrating at VUE/boulder? We’re honored. Before you reach out, we want to give you clarity on what to expect, how to prepare, and how to make the booking process seamless. Here’s your roadmap.

Step 1: Explore & Visualize

  • Browse our website at vueboulder.com to see renderings, details, and amenities.

  • Follow Instagram (@vueboulder) for the latest progress photos, stories, and behind-the-scenes.

  • Sign up for our newsletter or waitlist to get early booking access.

Step 2: Submit an Inquiry / Request a Quote

When you contact us via the site form or email (michelle@vueboulder.com), include:

  • Desired event date(s) (flexible windows are okay)

  • Estimated guest count

  • Type of event (wedding, corporate, private)

  • Desired services / vendors you already have or want

  • Any special ideas or must-haves

We’ll respond with availability, a site fee estimate, and next steps.

Step 3: Select a Site Visit or Virtual Walkthrough

  • Once available, join a hard-hat tour (starting in 2026) to see the space in person.

  • If you’re remote or early in planning, we can arrange a virtual walkthrough with renderings and concept overlays.

  • During the tour, ask about sightlines, flow, vendor logistics, load-in access, and timeline.

Step 4: Confirm & Sign Contract

After you decide to move forward:

  • Review the site-use agreement carefully (includes rental times, inclusions, staffing, insurance, cleanup).

  • Pay your deposit to secure your date.

  • We’ll share a vendor guide (including our preferred partners).

  • Begin collaborating with vendors, rentals, and planners in coordination with our space plan.

Step 5: Coordinate with Vendors & Plan Logistics

  • Use our preferred vendor list (cocktail, catering, rentals) for streamlined integration.

  • Lay out your timeline for load-in, rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and teardown.

  • Determine power, lighting, A/V, décor, florals, and backup/weather contingencies.

  • Schedule site visits, walk-throughs, and deadlines with vendors- all coordinated with your VUE/boulder point of contact.
